So here’s what we’ve been waiting for ever since content was available for purchase and our 360s started crapping out on us. If you have a different console now than the console that you purchased certain content on (like Arcade games or Halo 3 maps) now you can transfer those licenses and play them offline on your new console as you will.
Many of you don’t have any idea what I’m talking about, but if you’ve showed up to a LAN party after buying an upgraded console and found you couldn’t play the maps you bought on your other console you’re familiar with this problem.

And follow the instructions.
I think you have to have your Gamertag registered at Xbox.com to get the ball rolling.
