Before this week’s LAN party make sure that you sign on to Xbox Live in Halo 3 and download the auto-update. I know some of the auto-updates from Halo 2 effected LAN play and there’s every chance that’s going to be the case with Halo 3. All you have to do between now and then is get on Halo 3 while connected to Xbox Live and it will prompt you to update automatically.
